VARISORT+ detects and sorts plastic bottles by polymer type, color, shape, and metal content with up to 8 tons/hour throughput and 99% reject accuracy. With flexible sensor options and customizable configurations, it delivers high sorting performance—even with poor material quality.
Available with up to three sensor types:
- C – Color Sensor
- M – Metal Sensor
- N – NIR (Polymer) Sensor
