Metal Detector GLS

The GLS-R metal detector with closed, rectangular aperture primarily is used in the tyre industry for the inspection of rubber sheets on a belt conveyor or chute. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminations (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, …) – even if they are embedded in the product.
The closed design of the GLS-R metal detector offers the advantage of a very high metal sensitivity throughout the complete tunnel area, which is why this metal detector is used for applications demanding high scanning sensitivities.
