METERING SCREW DOSER

HCM series metering screw doser is suitable for automatic proportioning feeding of materials such as new material, secondary material, colour masterbatch or additive in plastic moulding production. This series models use brushless DC motor. According to the preset ratio and parameters, the microcomputer control system will automatically set the conditions into the speed. The precise metering screw which is made of SUS304 stainless steel, driven by coupling and is used for adding certain amount materials into injection machine or extruder. The material such as masterbatch, degraded material, additives etc, metering error is not more than 1%. With a variety of models and diameter of the metering screw to choose, brushless DC motor can be used with different reduction ratio of high efficiency parallel to the gear reducer, output ranges from 0.1-100 kg/h. In order to meet customer’s needs, two-color, three-color, and four-color mixer are also available.
