Sorting Unit for Recycling FLAKE PURIFIER+
Multi-sensor sorting system for Plastic Recycling. Especially designed to sort plastic flakes such as PET, HDPE or mixed plastics flakes.
FLAKE PURIFIER+ is suitable to sort Plastic FLAKES.
Sorters are available with up to three sensors;
C – Color and Shape Sensor, M – All Metal Sensor, N – NIR (Polymer) Sensor
The information provided by the individual sensors is processed by the evaluation unit based on octa-core technology. Separation of material by air-blast unit.
Flake Purifier+ is available in 2 working width; 1024 mm and 1280 mm.
