Metal Detector ELS
Plate type metal detector for installation in conveyor belts and material chutes.
Suitable for Plastic (In-House Recycling), Recycling, Wood, Chemical, Textile and Building Industry (building-stone-earth) application.
The single-layer, single-face ELS detector is used for examining individually packed products and bulk materials on a conveyor belt or a material chute, preferably with a low material height (up to 100 mm). It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminations (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) – even if enclosed in the product. On detection of metal, a signal device and a separation system can activated or a signal can be sent to process controlling.
