PET Preform Beam Robot – EXPLORER

Explorer Series is mainly designed to take out PET Preform from the production machine

Molding Machine: 200 – 500T
Cavities Quantity: 4 – 48 cavities

This series is driven by side-entry axle AC servo motor with take out time is 1.5sec. It can be used in molds with 4 to 48 cavities and its jig can be changed, kick direction can be option added driven by pneumatic cylinder. Full numerical setting makes operation easy and fast.
