GRAVIMETRIC BLENDER
Our HGB series of gravimetric blender is suitable for applications where multiple raw materials are required proportional mixing by weight.
The controller is using the Austrian B & R control system, and the use of adaptive algorithms. It can repeat calibration automatically to ensure accuracy, easy to learn and also operation.
Our HGB series of products uses high-precision AD conversion module, therefore that mixing ratio error between batches (depending on settled proportion ratio) can be controlled within ± 0.1% ~ 0.5%. Choosing the right model is based on types of material and processing amount per hour. The amount processing per hour ranges from 40 to more than 4000 kg/h.
